What began as a local milk bar and burger shop has now become two locations with a range of housemade goodness.

Here’s how we got there …

Frankies was originally established in 2018 as a milk bar and burger shop. The journey began with a passion for crafting mouthwatering burgers. In 2020, our journey took an exciting turn as we expanded our offerings to include French pastries, cakes and tarts. 

While we offer an array of pastries and desserts, we are especially known for our famous almond croissant

We take pride in sourcing the highest quality premium Australian ingredients for our pastries and burgers. These include cultured butter and sustainable and organic flour. Our produce and meat is sourced in the Albury/Wodonga area from local businesses. 

Today, Frankies is growing once again. We have recently opened our second location. At our new Lavington store, you can watch the magic happen through our pastry viewing window as our team creates everything by hand. Alongside our signature pastries, our Lavington location offers a new line of house-made breads, focaccias and fresh sandwiches - all crafted in-house with the same commitment to quality ingredients.

At Frankies, we understand the importance of accommodating diverse dietary needs. We are proud to offer many gluten free options, with our entire burger menu being gluten free adaptable! We also cater to other dietary requirements including dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.
